This is basically an appointment which allows us to concentrate on how you are getting on with your medicines. It's a completely FREE service which is designed to; - help you find out more about the medicines you are taking. - highlight any problems you may be having with your medicines. - potentially improve the effectiveness of your medicines (there may be easier ways to take them, or you may find you actually need fewer medicines than before) - get better value for the NHS (making sure that your medicines are right for you could prevent unnecessary waste). Please remember, you can ask your Pharmacist questions at any time, but a review provides the opportunity of more time to focus on you and your needs.
